Mental Health is a very important part of everybody’s lives right now. Throughout the last 12 months, all age groups have had restrictions and enforced changes to daily routines, education, career progression, family events and their futures. Every day we hear of people battling with their mental health, whether that be in the mainstream media, or within close family/friends.

Declan Savage, and a group of his closest friends, have set a huge challenge for themselves in aid of the mental health charity ‘Mind’.

The lads will be cycling from the most northerly point of the UK, John o’ Groats (Scotland), to the most southerly point of the UK, Lands End (England). Riding over 900 miles in just 9 days with the target to raise £10,000 for this fantastic charity and cause.

CIP are proud to be supporting their efforts and you can too!

They have released a map of their route so if you’re close by when they pass, give them a little cheer, I’m sure it would be hugely welcome and provide well needed encouragement.

You can follow their training updates and follow their rides over on their Instagram page, also if you would like to donate however small here’s a link to their Just giving page.

Good Luck Lads, from all of us here at CIP 💙
