The fact that CIP took care of the entire application process and switch over is what sold it for me. Having a new card terminal has created a massive time saving for us with faster processing of transactions with no longer having to do end of day banking on the machine. The biggest plus is the fact CIP has saved us money every month.
Having spoken to many sales reps for different suppliers none of them could offer the rates CIP did and the fact CIP do a faster payment so the cash is in my account the next day is a massive plus for me. The switch over was simple. The CIP rep met with me a few times, kept me up to date and helped me give notice to my old supplier. We had a few issue getting used to the machine when it was first installed but CIP quickly handled these and solved them in no time at all.
Found the setup process to be easy and straightforward, only issue i had was with my old supplier but CIP advised me and helped get the issues solved. CIP provides us with a local contact that can provide face to face support when needed so i’m confident any issues in the future will be easily solved. Our new machine offers contactless payments which our old one didn’t which is a massive plus for our customers. I have already begun recommending CIP to other business owners i know.

The support at CIP is second to none, you can get them by phone email and even Whatsapp! When we started our business we went with Barclays.
